Original Featherdale Guineas
These are the original Featherdale design and earrings feature our unique wire wrapping. Each guineafowl has a unique pattern on its feathers, like the human fingerprint, so each and every pair is one-of-a-kind.
They are made from the moulted feathers of our much loved guineafowl who have an incredible back story.
Our guineafowl survived a horrific fire in 2017 which wiped out everything in its path. Upon returning to the property after the fire had been through, we expected they would not have survived, but amazingly they did and were waiting for us.
They now live happily on the farm with us in the New England high country where we collect their feathers after each natural moulting season.

ORIGINAL
Our original earrings range features the earrings which were first designed by Featherdale back in 2018 and all feathers come from either our beloved guineafowl & peacocks on the farm or from the farms of family and friends.
SEASONAL
Some of our feathers are only able to be sourced seasonally from our farm or from the farms of friends and family. These earrings are known as our seasonals and we wont have them available in every re-stock due to their more limited availability.
RARE
Our rare range consists of feathers which are very rare to come by. These feathers are very limited in stock due to our ethical sourcing of all native and exotic feathers and are only exclusively available at different times throughout the year.
ECHO & FOX PEARL RANGE
Our featherless Echo & Fox collection was born through a love of pearls and by customer demand for those who were after something a little different to match in with their pearl adorned Featherdale hat pin. Perfect also for our Featherdale Brides. Using our signature Gemstones, freshwater & Keshi Pearls set on beautiful backing pieces and hooks, they are sure to please for every day wear, that special occasion or a beautiful gift for a special friend. Pieces are named after my late grandmothers and other family members, a collection to remember. Echo is Mums (Sue) nickname that I gave her and Fox is the name Mum has called me as far back as I can remember.

For faulty products, Featherdale Pty Ltd offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with a product which is as similar as possible to the original product purchased. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
Your full name, Your order number, Reason why you are returning the product and your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product.
Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
